Location: Camp Casey Conference Center, Whidbey Island, WA
Program Dates: July 11, 2025 – August 16, 2025

Are you passionate about environmental stewardship, community building, and faith-driven leadership? The Au Sable Pacific Rim Program is seeking Volunteer Resident Assistants (RA) to join us for an immersive five-week experience supporting students and fostering a Christ-centered residential community.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Support: Serve as a mentor and guide for students’ spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being.
Faith Leadership: Lead devotionals, assist with weekly vespers services, and encourage a supportive, faith-based atmosphere.
Community Engagement: Organize recreational activities, support students during field trips, and participate in campus life.
Logistical Assistance: Help with tasks such as driving program vans, shopping, and assisting where needed to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Candidates:

A strong commitment to Christian faith and a desire to mentor and support students.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering community.
Previous experience in residential life, youth mentorship, or outdoor programs is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive program vehicles.
