All registrants will be sent a confirmation email that includes a link to participate in the Zoom session.

Schedule

June 9, 12:00pm ET: What Motivates Christians to Care for Creation?

June 16, 12:00pm ET: What Ecological Virtues Can We Pursue?

Feel free to participate in just one of the sessions if that is what your schedule allows.

Dr. Steven Bouma-Prediger is Leonard and Marjorie Maas Professor of Reformed Theology at Hope College and speaks regularly on environmental issues. He serves on the board of trustees for Au Sable Institute. The sessions will draw on content included in two of Steven’s books: For the Beauty of the Earth and Earthkeeping and Character.

If you are in a profession that requires continuing education, the sessions can potentially qualify as two professional development hours (PDH) in ethics. We are happy to provide you with documentation of participation. Email Jon Terry with any questions or additional information.
