Setting
Au Sable Institute is located in an aspen and pine forest on the shores of a pristine oligotrophic lake. Nestled within the woods is a pond with an active beaver colony and a flock of Canada geese. Supporting our field-oriented programs are a number of classrooms. Our glass walled dining hall looks out on the surrounding forest. In addition to our own trails which meander through a variety of habitats, our trails extend to the State forest that surrounds us.

There is no charge for any of these programs. All programs will meet in the Lodge auditorium. Refreshments will be served after each program.
